This is a great kit for forearm and grip strength training. I use it to train for indoor rock climbing specifically, but it can be used for lots of other reasons. After 3+ months of use, none of the bands have broken nor do they show any signs of wear. They offer a good range of difficulty to keep you progressing in intensity.
